The California Army National Guard offers on the job training in over 160 different careers fields. We pay you to train. Careers range from Special Forces to Signal, Airborne to Administrative, Cook to Cannon Crewmember Military Police to Mechanic, Dental Assistant to Driver, Public Affairs to Postal Clerk and everything in between and guess what? No experience needed!
The first step to joining is to call me to see if you meet the minimum qualifications. After that the rest is simple:
1. Take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) Test
2. Choose a job among our over 160 careers.
3. Take a head to toe physical at the MEPS station (Military Entrance Proc. Station)
4. Swear in.
5. Ship to Basic Training sometime within the next year.
6. Take advantage of all the benefits the military has to offer like, VA home loan, College Tuition Assistance, Medical / Dental insurance for you and your family, Job training amd much much more!
